Customer Questions

  • We are a small business and our hands are even smaller, however, we hope to have orders processed in 2-3 days and domestic shipping will take about 2-7 days.

    For Canada and Mexico, the estimate is 1-4 weeks.

    Tracking will be provided for all shipments!

  • Currently, all orders are subject to a flat $6 shipping fee.

    Shipping on orders over $75 is free.

  • We are currently only shipping to North America, though we are hoping to expand shortly—we just want to make sure we do it right. Stay tuned to our social media for frequent updates.

  • Prices in USD

    Canada: $17

    Mexico: $20

    We use USPS for international shipping. Estimated 1-4 weeks to arrive once shipped.

  • Any tariffs/import/custom fees (if applicable) are paid by the recipient upon delivery. We are unable to charge for them at checkout due to Squarespace not offering robust support for this.

  • We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB, UnionPay, and Cartes Bancaires. In addition, we accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe. We hope to accept more payment types in the future!

  • Currently all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Please feel free to let us know via our Contact Page or over on social media! If there’s interest, we can try to make it available as a print.

I’m an artist interested in collaboration.

Currently we are not open for collaborations. We hope to collaborate with other artists soon, but at the moment we’re focused on starting the collective and keeping it stable. 

We’ll likely have more information for collaborations or artist features available in 2026!

I’m an artist looking to have my work printed. Is this available?

Currently we do not offer print services, but this is a service we hope to open in mid to late 2026.

What are your wholesale options?

We hope to offer wholesale to local stores soon! Please check back shortly for wholesale information.

What is your stance on generative AI/LLMs?

We are strongly against generative AI and LLMs. While we do believe there are legitimate uses for different types of AI, generative images/videos and large language models steal from creatives, contribute to misinformation, and have a devastating effect on the environment. We’re proud to be artists, and everything we produce is made by hand.

What is your stance on diversity?

Diversity is paramount for creating a better world. We’re a queer owned business that believes in inclusivity and uplifting marginalised voices.
